摘  要:随着各高校逐步进行大类招生模式的探索与实践,如何加强对本科新生的引导与培养至关重要。新生研讨课在培养学生的自主学习能力、激发学术研究兴趣以及引导适应大学生活上起着重要作用。结合实际教学经验,分析、总结大类招生模式下新生研讨课的重要作用,并从理论和实践上就如何建设和优化新生研讨课提出了些许见解。With the gradual exploration and practice of the model of enrollment according to disciplines in universities,how to strengthen the guidance and training of undergraduate freshmen is very important.Freshmen seminar plays an important role in cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability,stimulating academic research interest and guiding them to adapt to university life.Based on the practical teaching experience,this paper analyzes and summarizes the important role of freshmen seminar under the model of enrollment according to disciplines,and puts forward some opinions on how to build and optimize freshmen seminar from the aspects of theory and practice.
