摘  要:为了探讨基于雨课堂的混合教学方法在医学免疫学理论教学中的应用效果。选取河北工程大学医学院2013—2018级护理学专业本科生为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用基于雨课堂的混合教学方法,对照组采用基于讲授的传统教学方法。通过比较两组学生的理论考核成绩、及格率、自主学习能力评分、学生对教学效果评分对教学方法进行评价。结果显示实验组的理论考核成绩、及格率、自主学习能力评分、学生对教学效果评分数据均高于对照组,两组差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。说明基于雨课堂的混合教学方法能够显著提高学生的理论考核成绩和自主学习能力,提高了教学质量。In order to explore the application effect of the mixed teaching method based on rain classroom in the teaching of medical immunology theory,the undergraduates from 2013 to 2018 in nursing majors of Medical College of Hebei University of Engineering were selected as subjects.They were divided into experimental and control groups.The experimental group adopted the mixed teaching method based on rain classroom,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method based on lectures.The teaching methods were evaluated by comparing the theoretical assessment scores,passing rates,independent learning ability scores and students’ teaching effectiveness scores of the students.Results showed the experimental group’s theoretical assessment scores,passing rates,independent learning ability scores and student’s scores of teaching effect were higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).It shows the mixed teaching method based on the rain classroom can significantly improve the students’ theoretical assessment results and autonomous learning ability,and improve the teaching quality.
