摘  要:采用双向电泳法分离水稻叶片蛋白。主要比较和分析了两种不同pH胶条对实验的影响。改进的pH胶条灵敏度高,分离条带多且清晰。结果表明:改进的实验方法可以得到更为灵敏、清晰的电泳图谱,更好地适应和促进实验教学工作。Objective:To improve the method of separating leaf protein in rice by two-dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE).Methods:Leaf protein were separated by 2-DE.The two different methods were used respectively.The effects of two different pH tapes on experiments are analyzed by comparison.The improved pH tape has higher sensitivity,showing more separated strips and clearer.Results:The improved experiment method can obtain more sensitive and clear electrophoretic map,and better adapt and promote the experiment teaching work.
