教育国际化背景下外籍教师管理路径优化探析

摘　　要：师资国际化是教育国际化一个重要指标,引进外籍教师是师资国际化的一个重要手段。随着外籍教师数量逐渐增多,如何做到科学规范的管理外籍教师是学界关注的问题。在总结工作经验的基础上,系统梳理管理过程中的突出问题,提出有针对性的优化路径,助力高校教育国际化。Internationalization of teachers is an important index of internationalization of education,and the introduction of foreign teachers is an important means of internationalization of teachers.With the increasing number of foreign teachers,how to manage foreign teachers scientifically is a more and more concerned issue in academic circles.On the basis of summing up the work experience,this paper systematically combs the outstanding problems in the management process,puts forward the targeted optimization path,and helps the internationalization of college education.
