摘　　要：大学一直是青年思想政治教育工作的前沿阵地。国际国内形势不断变化,全球思想文化逐渐融合交锋,高校思想政治工作者如何引导新时代大学生树立正确的人生价值观,凝聚思想共识,结合大学生自身特点改进和创新工作方法显得尤为重要。Ideological and political education of college students has always been the forefront of ideological and political education of young people.The international and domestic situation is constantly changing,and the world's ideas and cultures are constantly converging and competing.It is particularly important for the ideological and political workers of colleges and universities to guide college students in the new era to establish correct values of life and form ideological consensus.It is very important to improve and innovate working methods in combination with college students'own characteristics.
