摘　　要：目前治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的一线治疗方法是膀胱内卡介苗治疗,但仍然有卡介苗无反应性患者复发和进展,最终接受根治性膀胱切除术,导致他们的生活质量严重下降。卡介苗无反应性的非肌层浸润性膀胱癌迫切需要替代疗法,来填补治疗方法的空白以及避免膀胱全切,许多临床试验正在研究卡介苗治疗无反应性非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的治疗方法,包括膀胱内化学疗法、免疫疗法、疫苗疗法、基因疗法和溶瘤病毒疗法,这些治疗方法对卡介苗无反应性非肌层浸润性膀胱癌具有可观的疗效,本文就这些治疗方法的临床试验进展做一综述。At present,intravesical Bacillus Calmette-Guérin(BCG)therapy was the first-line treatment for non-muscular invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC),but disease still relapse and progress due to some patients were not respond to BCG.As a result,they have to undergo radical cystectomy and a lower life quality,BCG unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer needs alternative therapies to avoid radical cystectomy.Many clinical trials including intravesical chemotherapy,immunotherapy,vaccine therapy,gene therapy and oncolytic virus therapy are studying the treatment of BCG unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer,so these clinical trials about treatment is reviewed.
