摘  要:当代大学生的成长成材问题影响着中国现代化建设的进程和参与国际竞争的能力。为实现为党育人、为国育才,贺州学院应用化学专业针对专业和实践课教师思政意识薄弱,育人过程连贯性、针对性与实效性不高等问题,从专业教师和人才培养方案实际出发,开展"课程思政"改革,围绕育人团队的构建、育人过程的实施探索和育人载体的挖掘三方面进行研究和实践,形成了全员、全程、全方位育人格局。学生在政治、思想道德、科学文化、创新思维、个性心理等全方面素养得到培养和提高。The growth of contemporary college students influences and determines the process of China’s modernization and its ability to participate in international competition.In order to cultivate the talented people for the Party and the country,carries out the reform of"Curriculum Ideology and Politics"is carried out in the applied chemistry specialty of Hezhou University,based on the reality of professional teachers and talent cultivation plan,in view of the problems such as weak ideological and political awareness of teachers in specialty and practical courses,and low coherence,pertinence and effectiveness of education process.The research and practice around the construction of education team,implementation process and carrier are conducted,establishing the whole staff,whole process,and whole curriculum education.Students’accomplishment in politics,ideology and morality,science and culture,innovative thinking,personality and psychology has been cultivated and improved.
