摘　　要：随着科技的发展,未来军队武器装备的先进性和复杂程度将越来越高。军队院校要与时俱进,积极认清世界军事教育和现代科学技术的发展现状及趋势,顺应国防和军队体制改革的需求,发挥好培养部队人才的中坚作用。军队院校教员队伍结合教学对象的特点及需求,加强师德素质的培养,积极促进军队院校师资人才队伍更新教育理念,使每一名教员具有强烈的自我发展意识,提高善于学习、接受新事物的能力,并积极鼓励教员队伍要在实践中探索,在具体方法上实践和研究,力争把每一名教员培养成为一专多能的复合型教学人才。With the development of science and technology,the military equipment will become more and more advanced and complex in the future.Military colleges and universities should keep pace with the times,actively recognize the current situation and trend of the development of world military education and modern science and technology,comply with the needs of national defense and military system reform,and play a key role in training military talents.According to the characteristics and needs of teaching objects,we should improve the military college faculty’moral quality,actively update the educational concept in order for every teacher to have a strong sense of self-development,improve their ability to learn and accept new things,and actively encourage them to explore specific methods in practice,and strive to train every teacher to be a professional and versatile teaching talent.
