摘　　要：该文总结了各高校环境生态工程专业人才培养的改革经验,结合学校实际情况,以工程体验式的教学模式重新构建了环境生态工程专业课程体系,在巩固理论知识的基础上,学生以职业角色体验获得工程经验,从而使学生解决问题能力和创新实践能力得到很大提升,为环境生态产业培养人才奠定良好的基础。This paper summarizes the talent training reform experience of environmental and ecological engineering specialties in colleges and universities.Combined with the actual situation in our school,the curriculum system of environmental and ecological engineering specialty is rebuilt with the engineering experiential teaching.On the basis of consolidating theoretical knowledge,students gain engineering experience with professional role experience,so that students’ability to solve problems and innovate practical ability can be greatly improved,which lays a good foundation for the cultivation of talents in environmental and ecological industry.
