“基础”课模拟法庭教学法的实践应用研究——以北京体育大学为例

摘　　要：模拟法庭教学法在高校法治教育教学中日益广泛应用。调查研究说明,要完善"基础"课模拟法庭教学法的实践应用,应明确以知识与能力、情感与态度、行为与价值观等多位一体的教学培养目标;坚持以教师为主导、以学生为主体相结合的教学原则;规范"基础"课模拟法庭实践教学的组织工作;采用实体和程序并重的过程考核方式等。Moot court teaching method is widely used in the teaching of rule of law courses in colleges and universities.The investigation and research show that in order to perfect the practice application of the moot court teaching method in the course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and the Foundation of Law,we should make clear the teaching goal which integrates knowledge and ability,emotion and attitude,behavior and values,adhere to the teacher-led and student-oriented teaching principle,standardize the organization of practice teaching of mock court in the course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and the Foundation of Law,and adopt the process assessment method with equal emphasis on entity and procedure.
