摘　　要：临床实习是医学生成长为医生的关键环节。由于患者人群的特殊性,儿科临床实习教学难度远高于其他学科。文章通过整理五年制医学生儿科实习相关资料,分析影响实习教学质量的几个因素,并提出相应对策。Clinical practice is a key link for a medical student to grow into a doctor.Due to the particularity of the patient populations,the teaching of pediatric clinical practice is much more difficult than that of other subjects.After collecting relevant materials on five-year medical students'pediatric practice,the author analyzes the factors affecting the quality and effect of clinical practice,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
