摘　　要：文章基于“工匠精神”,从眼视光行业内发展现状入手,明确人才培养过程中存在的问题,从工作态度、工作精神、专业能力、基础知识等方面入手,提出具体的措施,以此提高眼视光技术专业人才的综合水平。Based on the"craftsman spirit",this paper starts with the present situation of the development in the eye optometry industry,clarifies the problems existing in the process of talent training,and puts forward concrete measures from the aspects of work attitude,work spirit,professional ability and basic knowledge,so as to improve the comprehensive level of eye optometry professionals.
