领导力培育视域下的生长指挥军官人文思维培养——以大学语文课程教学为例

摘　　要：人文思维是生长指挥军官领导力培育的重要环节,在其领导力和综合军事指挥思维的发展中发挥着重要作用,大学语文作为一门具有突出人文性的通识基础课,在培养具有综合思维能力的军事领导人才方面深具意义。文章将以生长指挥军官大学语文课程为例,探讨领导力培育视域下的生长指挥军官人文思维培养等问题。Humanistic thinking is an important link in the cultivation of the leadership of pre-commissioned command officers,which plays an important role in the development of their leadership and comprehensive military command thinking.As a basic general course with outstanding humanity,College Chinese is of great significance in the cultivation of military leaders with comprehensive thinking ability.This paper takes the College Chinese course for pre-commissioned command officer as an example to explore the cultivation of human thinking of pre-commissioned command officers from the perspective of leadership cultivation.
