摘　　要：随着科学技术和社会经济的快速发展,对人才的要求也随之提高,尤其是对应用型技术人才需求的迫切,引起了社会各界高度关注。涂料是高分子材料的重要组成部分,应用范围十分广泛,需求量大,从而涂料行业也成了炙手可热的行业。但涂料行业企业技术服务尚未成熟,技术人才需求极为迫切。高等院校是培养人才的主要来源地,院校需要根据社会发展制定人才培养模式,不断改革学校教学模式,培养企业需要的应用型技术人才,其中最为突出的就是校企合作共同培养模式。该文作者对这一培养模式阐述了他们的看法。With the rapid development of science and technology and social economy,the demand for talents has also increased,especially the urgent need for applied technical talents,which has aroused great concern from all sectors of society.Coating is an important part of polymer materials,with a wide range of applications and high demand,so the coating industry has become a hot industry.But the enterprise technical service of coating industry is not mature,and the demand for technical talents is very urgent.Colleges and universities,as the main source of talent training,need to formulate talent training model according to social development,constantly reform school teaching model,and cultivate applied technical talents needed by enterprises,among which the most prominent one is school-enterprise cooperation training model.
