摘 要:为探究茶园土壤微生物量氮含量及其影响因子,调查采集了150个茶园土壤,对微生物量氮(N)含量及其影响因素进行了分析。试验结果表明,茶园土壤微生物量氮含量在1.76~76.14 mg/kg,平均为18.61 mg/kg;茶园土壤微生物量氮主要受到土壤全氮含量、pH值、茶园管理方式、氮肥施用量及种植年限的影响,其中茶园土壤微生物量氮含量与pH值和全氮含量成正相关,有机管理方式对微生物量氮的增加幅度有极显著影响。土壤微生物量氮含量作为土壤质量的重要指标,推广有机茶园管理模式、适量施用石灰粉提高土壤pH值、防止过度施用氮肥、改植换种老茶园等措施是较为有效的提高其含量的方法。In order to explore the content of soil microbial biomass nitrogen(N)in tea garden and its influencing factors,150 tea garden soils were collected and analyzed.The results showed that the soil microbial biomass N content in the tea garden ranged from 1.76-76.14 mg/kg,with an average value of 18.61 mg/kg;Tea garden soil microbial biomass N was mainly affected by the soil total nitrogen content,pH value,tea garden management mode,nitrogen fertilizer application amount and planting years.There was a positive correlation between soil microbial biomass N content and pH value and total N content,and organic management mode had a significant influence on the increase of microbial biomass N.Soil microbial biomass N content as an important indicator of soil biological quality,it is effective to increase its content through the measures,such as promoting the management mode of organic tea garden,increasing soil pH value with appropriate amount of lime powder,preventing excessive application of nitrogen fertilizer,and rehabilitation of old tea gardens.This paper provides a theoretical basis for improving the soil quality of tea garden and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of tea.
