摘  要:本试验研究了三种微生物农药(球孢白僵菌、苏云金杆菌、金龟子绿僵菌)在不同的浓度下对扁刺蛾幼虫致死率的影响,并探讨单一药剂和两两混配药剂之间的室内药效差异,拟为扁刺蛾的绿色安全防控提供理论依据。结果表明:三种微生物单一药剂对扁刺蛾幼虫的致死率随着浓度的增加而升高,其中,球孢白僵菌在药后24 h的不同浓度平均校正死亡率最高,达61.11%,显著高于苏云金杆菌(46.67%)和金龟子绿僵菌(32.96%)。在三种微生物农药两两混配的情况下,1∶100稀释后的球孢白僵菌和1∶1000稀释后的苏云金杆菌混配药剂在24 h后的校正死亡率最高,为72.2%,进一步增加药剂的浓度反而导致致死率下降;三种药剂混配后的致死作用总体上小于单一药剂,推断这可能与三种药剂不相容有关。In order to provide theoretical basis for the green and safe control of Thosea senensis Walker,the effects of three kinds of microbial pesticides,including Beauveria bassiana(BB),Bacillus thuringiensis(BT),Metarhizium anisopliae(MA)on the mortality rate of the larva of Thosea senensis Walker were studied in different concentrations,and the differences of indoor efficacy between single and two mixed pesticides were discussed.The results showed that the lethal rates of three kinds of microbial single pesticides to the larva of Thosea senensis Walker increased with the increase of concentration.The mean adjusted mortality of BB with different gradient concentrations was the highest,up to 61.11%at 24 h after treatment,which was significantly higher than that of BT(46.67%)and MA(32.96%).The adjusted mortality rate of the mixture of 1:100 diluted BB and 1:1000 diluted BT up to 72.2%,was the highest after 24 h when the three microbial pesticides were mixed in pairs,the further increase of the concentration of the mixture resulted in the decrease of the mortality rate.In general,the lethal effect of two mixed pesticides is less than that of a single pesticide,which is inferred that this may be related to the incompatibility of the three pesticides.
