摘　　要：煤矿具有行业特殊性,为加强煤矿安全培训工作,对沈阳煤业(集团)有限责任公司下属煤矿安全培训工作现状进行分析,从师资队伍、讲授形式、授课对象、培训内容、日常管理等方面进行研究,通过加强培训管理、提高师资水平、奖励机制、针对性培训等方法加强安全培训工作,从而提高员工的安全意识和操作技术水平,保障企业安全生产,保护人的生命安全和财产安全。Coal mine has the particularity of industry.In order to strengthen the coal mine safety training,according to the current situation of enterprise safety training,this paper analyzes from the aspects of teaching staff,teaching form,teaching object,training content,daily management,etc.Through strengthening training management,improving the level of teachers,incentive mechanism,targeted training and other methods to strengthen safety training work,so as to improve the safety awareness of employees and the level of operation technology,ensure the safety of production,and protect the safety of life and property safety.
