基于中医传承辅助平台的现代中医药治疗慢性乙型肝炎用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS),分析中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中通过中医药治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的组方用药规律,挖掘现代中医药治疗CHB的应用特点。方法:收集CNKI中采用中医方剂治疗CHB的相关文献,应用该平台V2.5软件构建方剂数据库,采用软件的统计报表系统完成所录方剂中全部药物四气、五味和归经的统计。通过其数据分析系统,采用互信息法、关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,得到处方中各药物的使用频次、处方规则及药物应用规律。结果:从CNKI中整理得到治疗CHB的340首方剂,共使用中药254种,中药常用组合46组,进而挖掘出8个核心组合及其演化的4首新处方。通过分析,发现用药频次居前13位的中药囊括了用药模式中的常用药对,故认为这13味药即为核心用药,据核心药味及新方的用药规律分析可知现当代医家治疗CHB多以祛湿为治疗大法。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台客观地呈现了现代中医药治疗CHB的用药规律,对指导临床有重要意义。Objective: The article analyzes the prescription rules of Chronic Hepatitis B(CHB) treated with traditional Chinese medicine in Chinese journal full text database(CNKI),based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS),and explores the application characteristics of modern traditional Chinese medicine for CHB treatment,thus providing a powerful reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: Collecting relevant literatures on the treatment of CHB with traditional Chinese medicinal formulae in CNKI,then the prescription database was built with the system V2.5 software,the statistical report system of software was used to complete the statistics of all the four qi,five flavors and meridians of the recorded prescriptions.Through its data analysis system,data mining.methods such as mutual information method,association rules and complex system entropy clustering were adopted to obtain the medicinal frequency,prescription rules and drug application rules of each drug in the prescription.Results: A total of 340 prescriptions for treatment of CHB were gained from CNKI,254 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and 46 groups of common combinations of traditional Chinese medicine were used.Then,8 core combinations and 4 new prescriptions of their evolution were dug out.It was found that the top 13 drugs in medicinal frequency were completely consistent with the common drugs in medication mode except polygonum cuspidatum.Therefore,it was considered that these 13 drugs were the core drugs.According to the analysis of the core drugs and the new prescription,it can be seen that most modern and contemporary doctors treat CHB with clearing damp.Conclusion: It is of great significance to guide clinical practice to objectively present the medication rules of modern TCM treatment of CHB through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System.
