摘　　要：路易体痴呆(DLB)是一种以波动性认知功能障碍、帕金森综合征、反复发作的视幻觉为特征性临床表现的痴呆性疾病之一,其发病率仅次于阿尔兹海默症。针对DLB患者的早期诊断、管理和治疗对于维持患者社会功能、延缓认知障碍进展、改善生活质量有着重要的意义。Dementia with Lewy bodies(DLB)is characterized by fluctuating cognitive impairment,parkinsonism and recurrent visual hallucinations.DLB is the second most common type of dementia after Alzheimer’s disease.Early diagnosis and promptly treatment of DLB patients are very important for maintaining the social function,delaying the progression of cognitive disorders,and improving the life quality of patients.
