摘　　要：目的:探讨飞利浦DSA血管机中Xper Guide导航穿刺软件引导下眼上静脉穿刺术在海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘栓塞术中的指导作用和应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2017年8月至2019年12月武汉大学中南医院收治的3例海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘患者的病例资料,均行Xper Guide导航穿刺软件引导下直接经眼上静脉入路穿刺海绵窦。结果:3例患者均穿刺成功,一次性栓塞治愈海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘。结论:Xper Guide引导下眼上静脉穿刺术可精准辅助经眶穿刺眼上静脉,指导手术路径,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the role and application value of Xper Guide(Philips Angiography Software)-guided ophthalmic vein puncture in embolization of dural arteriovenous fistula in cavernous sinus.Methods:The clinical data of 3 patients with dural arteriovenous fistula in the cavernous sinus region treated in Central South Hospital of Wuhan University from August 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were punctured through the superior ophthalmic vein under the guidance of Xper Guide.Results:Three patients were successfully punctured.The dural arteriovenous fistula in the cavernous sinus was cured by one-time embolization.Conclusion:Xper Guide guided superior ophthalmic vein puncture can accurately assist supraorbital puncture of the superior ophthalmic vein,guide the operation path,and has certain clinical application value.
