摘  要:为促进地铁建设的节能降耗、优化减振降噪效率,文章提出对地铁上盖商业综合体开发模式的研究。将环保节能作为创新原则,以某三号地铁线M站点为例,结合减振降噪和抗震原理,选择高标准的绿色环保材料,合理改善室内通风效果,定期对不同区域温度、湿度等指标进行数据处理,因地制宜的选用空调类型并设置空调使用情况等加强绿色景观的融合设计,有效配置地铁站资源创新设计。通过此次创新,有效实现地铁上盖商业综合体的绿色开发,缓解了城市交通拥堵和环境污染问题。In order to promote the energy saving and consumption reduction of subway construction and optimize the efficiency of vibration reduction and noise reduction,this paper puts forward the research on the development mode of commercial complex above the subway.Taking environmental protection and energy conservation as an innovative principle,this study takes M station of a Metro Line 3 as an example and combines the principles of vibration reduction,noise reduction and earthquake resistance.Selecting high standard green environmental protection materials,the study improves indoor ventilation effect and regularly processing data of temperature,humidity and other indicators in different areas,.Selecting air conditioning type and setting air conditioning usage according to local conditions,it strengthens the integration design of green landscape and improve the allocation efficiency of subway station resources.Through this innovation,the green development of the commercial complex above the subway is effectively realized,and the problems of urban traffic congestion and environmental pollution are alleviated.
