TACE联合微波消融加索拉菲尼治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价TACE联合微波消融加索拉菲尼治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年6月采用TACE联合微波消融治疗中晚期原发性肝癌患者57例(对照组)和TACE联合微波消融加用索拉菲尼治疗52例(观察组)的临床资料。比较两组血清VEGF、AFP水平及肝功能、1年生存期、生活质量及并发症发生率等。结果观察组病灶坏死程度及AFP、VEGF水平显著降低(P<0.05);观察组临床有效率、1年生存期及QOL评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率无差异性(P>0.05)。结论以TACE为基础联合微波消融和索拉菲尼较TACE单纯联合微波消融可提高原发性肝癌患者的临床治疗有效率。Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of TACE combined with microwave ablation and sorafenib to treat advanced primary liver cancer.Method From January 2017 to June 2018,clinical data of 57 patients with advanced primary liver cancer treated by TACE combined with microwave ablation(control group,CG)and 52 patients treated by TACE combined with microwave ablation and sorafenib(observation group,OG)were retrospectively analyzed.Serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),AFP,liver function,1-year survival,life quality and complications incidence were compared.Results In OG,necrosis degree,AFP and VEGF were significantly decreased with statistically significance difference(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate,1-year survival time and QOL score of OG were better than those of CG with statistically significance difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complications incidence(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of primary liver cancer,TACE combined with microwave ablation and sorafenib is more effective than TACE combined with microwave ablation.
