摘　　要：上颌第二磨牙变异大,根管治疗时常发生根管遗漏和穿孔等并发症。本文报道CBCT三维重建辅助下治疗根管钙化弯曲伴髓室底穿孔的上颌第二磨牙5根管1例。There is great variation in maxillary second molars.Missing root canals or root canal perforation are quite common.A case of 5 root canals of maxillary second molar with furcal perforation and calcified and curved root canals was reported.Finally,appropriate treatment effect was achieved with the help of CBCT and three-dimensional reconstruction beforehand.
