摘　　要：阐述了新时期高校实验队伍工作的主要内容,剖析了当前高校实验队伍建设中普遍存在的问题,通过创新用人机制、完善激励机制、制定科学合理的考评机制、优化管理体制和政策的创新等策略与措施实施实验队伍建设改革。实践表明,通过改革优化了实验队伍的结构,规范了管理、评价、用人机制,激发了教师工作的积极性、主动性和创造性。The main contents of the job of university experimental team were expounded in the new period. The common problems in the construction of experimental teams in universities were analyzed. And the strategies and measures to strengthen the reform of the construction of experimental team were carried out, that was to innovate the employment mechanism, improve the incentive mechanism, develop a scientific and fair evaluation mechanism, optimize the management system, and policy innovation and so on. It was showed that the reform and innovation measures optimized the structure of the experimental team, standardized the management, evaluation, employment mechanism, and stimulated the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the teachers.
