摘　　要：介绍了一种带有导向的限位装置,可用于自动生产线上大型工件输送时的限位。大型工件输送时惯性大,不易准确定位。该限位装置通过油缸驱动滑板,滑板带动限位板对工件进行限位,而滑板在封闭腔内,由封闭腔的大面承受载荷,承载力大,刚性强。且通过修整限位板的厚度,能自动控制大型工件的位置,使限位准确可靠,从而实现生产线工作的高可靠性与高生产效率。该机构还可多个同时使用,以适应不同尺寸规格的工件。This article introduces a type of positioning device with orientation.It can be used for positioning of the big part on the automatic transfer line,which is not easy due to large inertia.The device is driven by a cylinder within which a sliding plate is assembled.The sliding plate pushes the positioning plate thus part positioning is performed.The big area of sliding plate in the enclosed cylinder provides capability of bearing heavy duty and gaining high rigidity.By adjusting the thickness of positioning plate,the accurate position of big parts can be automatically controlled which ensures high reliability and high production rate.The structure may be applied multiply to adapt to various specifications of parts.
