摘 要:高职院校总体育人目标、高职英语教学目标以及学生个人发展需求要求,学生要具备一定的自主学习能力。高职院校学生的自主学习能力普遍较弱,针对培养学生自主学习能力的教学改革势在必行。一些教师教学观点落后,沉浸于教师为主角的课堂不能自拔;一些教师意识到教改的必要性但由于畏难心理,导致教改工作推进过于缓慢;一些教师教学手段单一,考核不能与教改匹配,导致教改无效。“双线式”教学模式以培养学生自主学习能力为切入点,结合教学改革实践,通过接地气的项目及灵活周全的过程考核,激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生自主学习、主动思考、团结协作、积极表达等核心能力。The overall goal of education in higher vocational colleges,the goal of English teaching in higher vocational colleges and the requirements of students'personal development require that students should have a certain autonomous learning ability.However,the autonomous learning ability of students in higher vocational colleges is generally weak,so the teaching reform aiming at cultivating students'autonomous learning ability is inevitable.However,some teachers'teaching views are backward and can not extricate themselves from the classroom in which teachers are the protagonist;they are aware of the necessity of teaching reform,but due to fear of difficulties,the progress of teaching reform is too slow;some teachers'teaching methods are single,and the assessment can not match with the teaching reform,resulting in the ineffectiveness of the teaching reform.Taking the cultivation of students'autonomous learning ability as the starting point,combining with the practice of teaching reform,this paper puts forward a"double-line"teaching classroom model,that is,the combination of diversified classroom design and decentralized flexible assessment.The use of approachable projects is to stimulate students'interest in learning,and process motivation is carried out in a flexible and comprehensive way of assessment.This model focuses on cultivating students'core abilities such as autonomous learning,active thinking,unity and cooperation,positive expression and so on.
