摘  要:考虑3桩定位反铲船的作业特点,提出基于一个作业周期内定位桩提升系统载荷的可作业抬船区间评估准则。建立环境载荷与作业载荷组合作用下的定位桩提升系统时变力学模型,以提升系统设计载荷为基准确定反铲船安全作业的抬船高度区间,并总结安全抬船区间随环境条件及作业工况的变化规律。为此类桩定位船舶提升系统设计和实际疏浚作业提供参考。Considering operational features of the three-spud-positioning backhoe dredger,an evaluation criterion for adoptable jacking height range is proposed based on the load on the spud lifting system in one backhoe-dredging cycle.A mechanical model of spud lifting system in time-domain is established to calculate the load under the combination of environment and working conditions.Then the range of jacking height ensuring the safety of the backhoe dredger’s operation is determined.Effects of environmental and operational conditions on the range of the jacking height are summarized,which provides a reference for the design of this type of lifting system and dredging operations.
