摘 要:采用有限元法对新型桁架箱体浮筏系统在3种不同隔振器配置方案下的静强度、抗冲击强度及隔振效果进行分析。结果表明,在静力状态下,随着隔振器总静刚度的增加,浮筏的下层隔振器变形量和最大位移逐渐减小。在冲击环境下,下层隔振器的形变量因阻尼作用随时间产生周期性衰减,隔振器总冲击刚度及个数和布置形式都会影响浮筏的抗冲击效果。在隔振效果上,较小的动刚度的隔振器具有更好的隔振效果。The static strength, impact resistance strength and vibration isolation effect of a new truss box floating raft with three different vibration isolator configurations are analyzed by using finite element method. The results show that in the static state, the deformation value and maximum displacement of the lower isolator of the floating raft gradually decrease. In the impact environment, the deformation value of the lower layer vibration isolator periodically decays with time due to the damping effect. The total impact stiffness, number and arrangement of the vibration isolator will affect the impact resistance of the floating raft. In terms of vibration isolation, the smaller the dynamic stiffness of the vibration isolator, the better isolation effect.
