摘 要:针对船舶主要防污染设备如船用焚烧炉、油水分离器等设备运行状况和船舶尾气排放难以监控的弊端,本文设计一种基于北斗的远洋船舶环保船岸一体化监测系统,可以实时连续地通过北斗卫星向岸基船舶管理公司和海事监管部门发送船舶焚烧炉、油水分离器等设备的运转状况信息及船舶尾气排放信息,为远程监控提供技术支持和信息支撑,同时有效杜绝船舶污染海洋行为的产生,创造海洋环境保护的新模式。Aiming at the difficulty of remote monitoring of ship exhaust emissions and the operating conditions of main anti-pollution equipment, i.e. oil-water separators, marine incinerators, etc., an integrated monitoring system for environmental protection of ocean-going vessels was designed. The system based on Beidou satellite can send marine anti-pollution equipment operation status information and ship exhaust emission information to shore-based ship management companies and maritime regulatory authorities continuously in real time, in order to provide technical support and information support for remote monitoring. At the same time, the effect of the system is to effectively eliminate the marine pollution behavior of ships and create a new mode of marine environmental protection.
