摘 要:城市山体是城市重要的生态资源,对城市山体进行有效监测是城市生态文明建设的重要内容,为了监测城市山体保护情况,利用LandSat 8和Google Earth影像,结合无人机技术,开展了益阳市城市山体监测。在总体监测方面,利用2017年1月22日和2018年1月9日两景LandSat 8数据,通过计算NDVI指数,监测总体植被变化。结果表明,益阳市2017年保护山体植被覆盖率降低1.1%,下降比例较益阳市城市规划区低1%。在山体破坏详细监测方面,利用Google Earth影像进行目视解译对比分析,Google Earth影像拍摄时间不满足要求的区域,使用LandSat 8影像替换,提取变化较大的山体,在此基础上利用无人机对变化山体进行详细勘测,获取精确数据。结果表明,益阳市165座保护山体共有7座山体遭受相对较大破坏,破坏面积10.22 ha,破坏原因主要为村民建房、采石采砂、开垦林地等。遥感技术结合无人机技术进行环境监测具有获取数据方便、成本低、快速高效等优势,既适合城市山体保护监测,也适用于其他中观尺度的环境监测。Urban mountain is an important ecological resource of the city.Effective monitoring of urban mountain is an important part of urban ecological civilization construction.In order to monitor the urban mountain protection situation,the LandSat 8 and Google Earth images were combined with the drone technology to carry out the urban mountain monitoring in Yiyang City.In terms of overall monitoring,using the LandSat 8 data for January 22,2017 and January 9,2018,the overall vegetation change was monitored by calculating the NDVI index.The results showed that Yiyang City's protected mountain vegetation coverage rate decreased by 1.1%in 2017,and the decline rate was 1%lower than that of Yiyang City planning district.In the detailed monitoring of mountain damage,Google Earth images were used for visual interpretation and comparison analysis.Google Earth image capture time was not enough for the area,using LandSat 8 image replacement.At last,mountains with large changes were extracted.On this basis,the UAV was used to carry out detailed surveys of the changing mountains to obtain accurate data.The results showed that a total of 7 mountain bodies in 165 protected mountain areas in Yiyang City suffered relatively large damage,with a damaged area of 10.22 ha.The main causes of damage were villagers'houses,quarrying and sand mining,and reclamation of forest land.Remote sensing technology integrates drone technology for environmental monitoring.It has the advantages of convenient data acquisition,low cost,fast and efficient,and is suitable for urban mountain protection monitoring and other medium-scale environmental monitoring.
