肺泡灌洗术在老年COPD合并肺癌中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研讨老年COPD合并肺癌患者采取肺泡灌洗术治疗的效果。方法:选择100例老年COPD合并肺癌患者,均来源于本院2019年2月-2020年2月期间收入,按治疗方式不同分成两组,灌洗术组和常规组,组内分别有50例。灌洗术组应用肺泡灌洗术+常规治疗,常规组采取常规治疗,对比两组症状消失时间和住院天数以及治疗效果。结果:灌洗术组的院天数均短于常规组(P<0.05);灌洗术组治疗总有效率为92.00%,比常规组的70.00%高(P<0.05)。结论:老年COPD合并肺癌患者采取肺泡灌洗术治疗能缩短症状消失时间和住院天数,提高临床治疗总有效率。Objective To discuss the effects of bronchoalveolar lavage in elderly COPD(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)patients with lung cancer.Methods 100 COPD patients with lung cancer treated from February 2019 to February 2020 in our hospital were selected and classified as lavage group and routine group,50 cases in each group.Patients were treated with bronchoalveolar lavage plus routine treatment or routine treatment alone,respectively.Symptom disappearance time,hospital stays and treatment outcomes were compared.Results Symptom disappearance time and hospital stays in lavage group were shorter than routine group(P﹤0.05);total effective rate in lavage group(92.00%)was higher than routine group(70.00%)(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage can shorten the symptom disappearance time and hospital stays,increase the total treatment effective rate.
