正畸联合牙周夹板治疗牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:研究正畸联合牙周夹板在牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位治疗中的应用价值及影响。方法:纳入本院2015年1月-2019年6月期间收治牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位患者共58例设为研究对象,开展对比治疗研究。对照组接受牙周炎治疗+正畸治疗方案,实验组接受牙周炎治疗+正畸+牙周夹板治疗方案。对比患者治疗前后牙周指标变化、治疗效果、治疗满意度、正畸并发症发生率及美观度评分差异。结果:实验组治疗总有效率为100.00%显著高于对照组;实验组治疗满意度为100.00%,牙列正畸美观度评分为(40.68±5.17)分,较对照组均有明显提升,实验组治疗并发症率为7.14%明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:正畸、牙周夹板在牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位治疗中的联合应用,可在有效改善患者牙周炎病情同时,提升正畸治疗效果及美观度,实现患者治疗预期,临床应用效果显著。Objective To study the application value and influence of orthodontic combined with periodontal splint in the treatment of fan-shaped displacement of anterior teeth caused by periodontitis.Methods A total of 58 patients with anterior tooth displacement due to periodontitis from January 2015 to June 2019 were enrolled in this hospital as the research objects,and comparative treatment studies were carried out.The control group received periodontitis treatment+orthodontic treatment,while the experimental group received periodontitis treatment+orthodontic treatment+periodontal splint treatment.The changes of periodontal index,treatment effect,treatment satisfaction,incidence of orthodontic complications and aesthetic scores before and after treatment were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of the experimental group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group.The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%.The score of orthodontic dentition was(40.68±5.17),which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The experimental group had treatment complications.The rate of 7.14%was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The combined application of orthodontic and periodontal splint in the treatment of fan-shaped anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontitis can effectively improve the periodontitis condition of patients,improve the orthodontic treatment effect and aesthetic degree,and realize the treatment expectation of patients.The clinical application effect is significant.
