摘 要:培育新型职业农民是破解“无人种地”难题和确保“将饭碗牢牢端在自己手上”的关键,也是构建新型农业经营体系的人力资源基础。需求分析是提高职业农民培训效果的前提,通过需求分析,总结职业农民需求内容及影响因素;同时,梳理现有职业农民培训供给现状和培训绩效,分析培训供给和绩效影响因素。在供需分析的基础上,从农民需求和供需匹配的视角,创新职业农民培训供给机制分析框架,构建职业农民培训供给保障和制度保障,实现因人施教、因材施教和因地施教,提高新型职业农民培育的针对性、规范性、有效性。The cultivation of new-type professional farmers is the key to solve the problem of“no farming”and to ensure that“the rice bowl is firmly in their own hands”,as well as the human resource basis for building a new agricultural management system.Demand analysis is the premise to improve the effect of vocational farmers’training.Based on the demand analysis,summarized the content and influencing factors of vocational farmers’demand;at the same time,combed the current situation and performance of vocational farmers’training supply and analyzed the influencing factors of training supply and performance.On the basis of supply and demand analysis,from the perspective of farmers’demand and supply and demand matching,this paper attempted to build an innovative analysis framework of vocational farmers’training supply mechanism,build vocational farmers’training guarantee and system guarantee,realize teaching according to people,aptitude and land,and improve the pertinence,standardization and effectiveness of new vocational farmers’training.
