龙脑香木材脱胶干燥一体化研究

摘　　要：龙脑香木材用作地板材料时表面易出现溢胶现象,企业多采用“先蒸煮后干燥”的工艺加以改善。为减少加工工序、降低成本、去除污水处理环节,在保证地板成品表面质量基础上,在干燥预热处理阶段,通过调整预热处理工艺参数进行脱胶处理。结果表明:1)预热过程采用高温高湿(HTHH)和低温低湿(LTLH)2个阶段的循环对木材脱胶有促进作用;2)在试验参数范围内,增加LTLH时间有助于木材脱胶;3)优化工艺为:采用3次循环,保持HTHH和LTLH的温湿度不变,第一次循环的HTHH保持时间16 h、LTLH保持时间8 h;第二次循环HTHH保持时间14 h,LTLH保持时间10 h;第三次循环HTHH保持时间12 h,LTLH保持时间12 h。The surface of the Dipterocarpus wood floor easily appears"spilled balsam trace".To solve this problem,process of boiling first and then drying was adopted by enterprise.In order to reduce manufacturing procedures,lower cost,and omit waste water treatment section,in this study,degumming was carried out during wood preheating process by adjusting preheating parameters.Meanwhile,the surface quality of the product was guaranteed.The result showed that 1)preheating temperature and humidity do rise and fall cycle promote the wood degumming;2)in the range of experimental parameters,extend the time of low temperature and low humidity(LTLH)could promote the wood degumming;3)the preheating process had been determined,that was,3 cycles were adopted,in which the temperature and humidity of the high temperature and high humidity stage(HTHH)and the LTLH remained unchanged,however,the holding time of the two stages were varied,the first cycle HTHH time 16 h,LTLH time 8 h,the second cycle HTHH time 14 h,LTLH time 10 h,the third cycle HTHH time 12 h,LTLH time 12 h.
