摘 要:斗栱是我国古建筑中的重要组成部分,目前主要依靠手工制作,其加工效率和精度的稳定性受到限制。木结构设计软件可显著提高木结构设计与建造的效率及精确性,但均缺少适合古建斗栱的设计模块。基于Cadwork平台对3种典型斗栱进行仿真设计和建模,输出斗栱模型作为外置模块,用以建立古建筑整体模型,最后输出CNC(数控机床)加工中心可识别的各构件参数列表以实现数字化加工。结果表明:外置斗栱模块可通过变化系数进行比例缩放,提高了带有复杂构件如斗栱的古建筑设计的加工效率和精度。该方法可为古建筑木结构数字化加工提供参考。As an important part of ancient building in China,"Dougong"joint was mainly made by hand,which had limited processing efficiency and accuracy.Timber building design software can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of timber building design and construction,but there is a lack of design modules suitable for Dougong in ancient architecture.Based on Cadwork software platform,three kinds of typical Dougong has been designed and modeled.Then these models were output as external modules to build the overall model of the ancient building.Finally,the parameter list of each component was obtained,which could be read by the CNC(computer numerical control)machining center to process the components.The results showed that the external Dougong modules can be scaled by changing coefficient and improve the processing efficiency and accuracy of the design of ancient building with complex components such as Dougong.This approach provided valuable reference for digital processing of ancient architecture in timber building.
