摘 要:针对某款纯电动汽车整车性能指标设计要求,对电动汽车动力传动系统进行分析,合理地匹配电机、电池以及传动速比等关键参数。针对传动系统关键参数对整车动力性和经济性的影响,提出了一种基于多目标遗传算法的电动汽车参数优化方法,即以百公里能量消耗和续驶里程为优化目标,根据其最高行驶车速、百公里加速时间以及爬坡度等指标作为约束条件,建立参数优化模型并进行求解。通过MATLAB/Simulink搭建整车模型,在NEDC循环工况下对车的动力系统进行仿真验证,结果表明,文中采用的动力系统参数匹配方法及优化算法有效且合理。According to the design requirements for the performance index of a certain pure electric vehicle,the power transmission system of the electric vehicle is analyzed,and the key parameters such as the motor,battery and transmission speed ratio are reasonably matched.Aiming at the influence of the parameters of the transmission system on the vehicle's dynamics and economy,a multi-objective genetic algorithm-based electric vehicle parameter optimization method is proposed,that is,taking the energy consumption of 100 kilometers and the driving range as the optimization goals,its maximum driving parameters such as vehicle speed,acceleration time of 100 kilometers,and gradient are used as constraints,a parameter optimization model is established and solved.The whole vehicle model is built by MATLAB/Simulink,and the vehicle's power system is simulated and verified under NEDC cycle conditions.The results show that the power system parameter matching method and optimization algorithm used in the paper are effective and reasonable.
