摘  要:目的调查深圳市福田区社区医务人员食源性疾病知信行及其临床诊断能力并分析相关因素,为疾病预防控制机构和医院内部的培训工作提供理论依据。方法采用分层抽样方法,于2019年4—10月分别在选定的50家社区健康服务中心对309名医务人员进行问卷调查,采用χ^2检验及二元logistic回归模型分析医务人员的食源性疾病知信行及其临床诊断能力的影响因素。结果社区医务人员知识、态度、行为和临床情景模拟诊断的得分分别为7.33±1.65、8.22±1.19、7.12±1.96、7.12±1.96。多因素分析表明,工龄是食源性疾病知识的影响因素(P<0.05),医院/集团是知识及临床模拟案例诊断水平的影响因素(P<0.05),是否参加培训是态度及行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论深圳市福田区社区医务人员对食源性疾病的认知和诊断水平有待加强,应对不同医院及工龄医务人员开展针对性培训。Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude,practice(KAP)and clinical diagnostic ability of foodborne diseases among community medical staff in Futian District of Shenzhen City,analyze related factors,and provide theoretical basis for the training work of disease control and prevention institutions and hospitals.Methods A total of 309 medical workers from 50 community health service centers were selected by stratified sampling from April to October in 2019.χ~2 test and binary logistic regression model were used to explore the influencing factors of KAP and clinical diagnostic ability of food-borne diseases among medical staff.Results The scores of knowledge,attitude,practice and clinical scenario simulation diagnosis of community medical staff were 7.33±1.65,8.22±1.19,7.12±1.96 and 7.12±1.96,respectively.Multivariate analysis showed that the working age was an influencing factor for knowledge of foodborne diseases(P<0.05),hospital/group was an influencing factor for knowledge and clinical diagnostic ability(P<0.05),and whether to participate in training was an influencing factor for attitude and practice(P<0.05).Conclusion Th e levels of cognition and diagnosis of foodborne diseases among community medical staff in Futian District of Shenzhen City need to be strengthened,and targeted training should be carried out according to different hospitals and working ages.
