摘  要:目的了解广州市从事国家基本公共卫生服务项目的基层医务人员离职意愿及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样方法,选取2018年6月来自广州市11个区从事国家基本公共卫生服务项目的436名基层医务人员进行在线问卷调查。并对数据进行分析。结果有离职意愿的有110人,占25.23%。工作压力得分为4.11±0.93,前3位工作压力来源分别为"工作量太繁重"(58.72%)、"临时性工作过多,难以应付"(43.12%)及"知识结构难以满足工作需要"(22.48%)。广州市从事国家基本公共卫生服务项目的基层医务人员离职意愿的危险因素为工作压力和从事国家基本公共卫生服务项目数为3项及以上(OR=3.395、1.880,均P<0.05)。结论广州市从事国家基本公共卫生服务项目的基层医务人员离职意愿高,建议增加工作人员数量并采取针对性措施减少基层医务人员的工作压力。Objective To understand the turnover intention and its influencing factors of grassroots medical staff engaged in the national essential public health service projects in Guangzhou City.Methods A total of 436 grassroots medical workers from 11 districts of Guangzhou City,who engaged in the national essential public health service projects,were selected by convenient sampling method in June 2018.An online questionnaire survey was performed,and the data were analyzed.Results 110 people(25.23%)were willing to leave.The score of working pressure was 4.11±0.93.The top three sources of working pressure were too heavy workload(58.72%),too much temporary work and difficult to cope with(43.12%),and the knowledge structure was difficult to meet work needs(22.48%).The risk factors for the turnover intention of grassroots medical staff engaged in the national essential public health service projects in Guangzhou City were work pressure and being engaged in three or more projects(OR=3.395,1.880,all P<0.05).Conclusion The turnover intention of grassroots medical staff engaged in the national essential public health service projects in Guangzhou City is high.It is suggested that the number of staff should be increased and targeted measures should be taken to reduce the working pressure of grassroots medical staff.
