摘　　要：旅行作为与中国知识分子相关的现代性事件,无论是服务于世界意识和空间拓展的叙事模式,还是借此建立起乌托邦理想的价值维度,抑或是表达对传统社会积弊的现实批判精神,都在不同程度上与现代性话语构成了相互交织的关系,成为现代中国启蒙意识形态的一个重要表征。现代中国旅行书写中的异国情调,既是地理层面异域风景、风情、风俗的文化想象和审美传导,也是作为社会价值观念形态的表达,更是一种文化立场的思想判断和文化身份的确认方式。在跨文化的文学实践中,对传统文化的超离与缅怀,对西方文化的倾慕与反思,构成了复杂的张力,显示出东西方文化碰撞过程中吸纳与排斥、融合与竞争这一矛盾而复杂的现代性品格。As a modern event related to Chinese intellectuals,travel writing,whether it is the narrative mode that serves world consciousness and spatial expansion,or the establishment of the value dimension of Utopian ideals,or the expression of the critical spirit of the backward culture in Chinese local society,is intertwined with modern discourse in different extent and serves as an important representation of enlightenment ideology in modern China.Exoticism in travel writing in modern China is not only the cultural imagination and aesthetic transmission of foreign landscapes,customs and exotic charm,but also the expression of social values.It is also a way of thinking from cultural position and identification of cultural identity.In cross-cultural literary practice,the transcendence and remembrance of Chinese traditional culture as well as the admiration and reflection of western culture,constitute a complex tension,which shows the contradictory and complex modernity character of absorption and exclusion,integration and competition in the process of collision between oriental and western cultures.
