“三走”活动背景下高校难美项群运动的发展研究

摘　　要：近年来,青少年的体质健康状况堪忧,而“不在场”是造成该现状的重要原因之一。为此,共青团中央、教育部、国家体育总局联合倡导“走下网络、走出宿舍、走向操场”主题群众性课外体育锻炼活动。“三走”活动之“走下网络”与“在场”的精神在场密切相关;“走出宿舍、走向操场”与“在场”的物质在场紧密联系,且鉴于高校的教育属性以及高等教育的社会引领性,与“在场”的发展性生命在场亦高度契合。现实生活中,难美项群运动的竞技规则在很大程度上成为大众“不在场”的主因。由此,为了推动难美项群运动项目的大众化,需要调整规则以适应大众体育的发展,设计社会认同的动作,并且在内涵体现方面不能忽视传统。高校体育教育应在培养学生终身体育习惯的前提下,从降低项目难度、改变项目规则、融合大众心理等方面着手,积极探索难美项群运动大众化的改革方向。In recent years,the physical health of young students is worrying,and“absence”is one of the important reasons for this situation.Therefore,the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,the Ministry of education,and the State General Administration of Sports advocate the theme of mass extracurricular physical exercise activities of“going out of the network,going out of the dormitory and going to the playground”,known as“Three Going”activity.The“going out of the network”of the“Three Going”activity is closely related to the spiritual presence of the“presence”.The“going out of the dormitory and towards the playground”is closely related to the physical presence of the“presence”.In view of the educational attribute of colleges and universities and the social guidance of higher education,it is also highly consistent with the developmental life presence of the“presence”.In real life,the competitive rules of the difficulty and beauty event-group have become the main reason for the public’s“absence”to a large extent.Therefore,the popularization of difficulty and beauty event-group needs to adjust the rules to adapt to the development of mass sports,and design the actions acceptable for the society.In the aspect of connotation,tradition can not be ignored.On the premise of cultivating students’lifelong sports habits,physical education in colleges and universities should actively explore the reform direction of the popularization of the difficulty and beauty event-group from the aspects of reducing the difficulty of the events,changing the rules and integrating the public psychology.
