摘　　要：构建高效的脑卒中高危因素筛查干预工作流程,使基层医务人员有效开展社区重点人群的干预和管理。针对社区中的农村居民,经过三轮优化,探索出整合社区志愿者、全科医生、护士和公共卫生医师4种角色的脑卒中筛查干预工作流程,有效地提高社区村民的参与度,更好地防治脑卒中。Efficient screening intervention workflow for high-risk factors of stroke can effectively carry out intervention and management of key populations in the community for grassroots medical staff.It aims at rural residents in the community.Through three rounds of optimization,it explores the workflow of stroke screening and intervention that integrates the roles of community volunteers,general practitioners,nurses,and public health physicians,which effectively improves the participation of community villagers.It makes the foundation for the next step of effective prevention and control.
