摘　　要：目的了解广州市越秀区12~15岁中学生牙周状况及口腔健康知信行现状,为有针对性地开展青少年口腔疾病预防提供科学依据。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法,选择越秀区8个街道11所学校1 266名12~15岁中学生为调查对象,进行口腔健康检查和问卷调查。结果本研究共调查1 266名儿童,牙龈出血检出率为44.5%,牙石检出率为36.5%。调查对象中,70.2%每天刷牙2次及2次以上,17.3%使用含氟牙膏刷牙,34.0%使用牙线。牙龈出血检出率随着年龄的增长而降低,牙石检出率随着年龄的增长而升高,不同年龄组青少年差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=48.14、28.266,P<0.001、0.001)。结论越秀区12~15岁青少年牙龈出血检出率较高,对牙周健康相关知识认知不足,需要进一步加强口腔保健知识的宣传教育。OBJECTIVE To describe the periodontal status and oral health knowledge and practice of 12~15 year-old adolescents in Yuexiu District,Guangzhou,and to provide scientific basis for the targeted prevention of oral diseases in adolescents.METHODS By cluster random sampling,children aged 12-15 year-old from 11 schools in 8 streets in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou were sampled by stratified cluster sampling to investigate their oral health behavior and health status.RESULTS A total of 1 266 children were investigated.The detection rate of gingival bleeding was 44.5%,and that of dental calculus was 36.5%.70.2% of the surveyed teenagers brushed their teeth twice or more every day,17.3% used fluoride toothpaste and 34.0% used floss.The detection rate of gingival bleeding decreased with the increase of age(χ~2=48.14,P<0.001),while the detection rate of dental calculus increased with the increase of age(χ~2=28.266,P<0.001),the differences were statistically significant.CONCLUSION In Yuexiu District,Guangzhou,12~15 year-old adolescents had the high detection rates of gingival bleeding,and they lacked of knowledge of periodontal health,so they needed to further strengthen the publicity and education of oral health knowledge.
