摘  要:目的分析丙泊酚或七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉对腹腔镜下行宫颈癌根治术患者术后早期认知功能及GFAP、BDNF的影响.方法纳入90例2018年4月~2019年5月间于本院行腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者为受试者,随机数字表法分为45例七瑞组(采用七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉维持),45例丙瑞组(丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉维持).对比两组术后MMSE评分及血清BDNF、GFAP水平情况.结果两组MMSE评分变化具有统计学意义(P<0.05),七瑞组MMSE评分在T1~T4时间段高于丙瑞组(P<0.05);七瑞组术后血清GFAP水平比丙瑞组低(P<0.05),BDNF高于丙瑞组(P<0.05).结论与丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼相比,七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉对宫颈癌根治术患者术后神经功能受损及认知功能影响较小.0bject ive To analyze the effects of propofol or sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia on early cognitive function and GFAP and BDNF in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods 90 patients with laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer were enrolled in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019.According to the hospitalization time,45 patients were included in the Qirui group(using sevoflurane combined with remifen.Nie anesthesia was maintained),45 patients in the Berry group(propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia maintained).The postoperative MMSE scores and serum BDNF and GFAP levels were compared between the two groups.Results The changes of MMSE scores in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MMSE scores in the Qirui group were higher than those in the Bini group(P<0.05).The serum GFAP levels in the Qirui group were lower than those in the Bairui group(P<0.05),BDNF was higher than that of the Berry group(P<0.05).Conc lus ion Compared with propofol.combined with remifentanil,sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia had less effect on postoperative neurological impairment and cognitive function in patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer.
