穴位按摩联合康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩联合康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果.方法选取我院收治的130例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组(65例)和对照组(65例);对照组采用常规药物治疗+康复训练护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上加用穴位按摩;对比两组效果.结果经治疗两组患肢肌力、患肢运动功能(Fugl-meyer评分)及日常生活能力(Barthel)均得到显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组各指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论穴位按摩联合康复训练可显著提升脑卒中偏瘫患者预后,值得借鉴推广.Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation training in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Met hods 130 patients with stroke and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were:randomly divided into observation group(65 cases)and control group(65 cases).The control group was treated with routine drug therapy plus rehabilitation training nursing mode,while the observation group was treated with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group;the effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the muscle strength,Fugl-meyer score and Barthel of affected limbs in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the indexes of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the prognosis of stroke patients with hemilegia,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
