临床护理管理采用分层次管理模式的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究临床护理管理选择采用分层次管理模式所取得的效果。方法本文选择本院本科室的18例护理工作者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组平均9例,在进行临床护理管理过程中分别选择采用分层次管理模式和常规管理模式,对两组各级别统计学数据进行统计验证,最终进行、比较。结果经过不同模式的护理管理以后,比较两组研究对象的专业护理知识、患者病情管理和团队应对能力评分,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论在进行临床护理管理的过程中,选择应用分层次管理模式进行管理能够有效的提升医护工作者的护理能力,可以更好地为患者提供服务。Objective:To study the effect of hierarchical management mode in clinical nursing management.Methods:18 nursing workers in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with an average of 9 in each group.In the process of clinical nursing management,hierarchical management mode and conventional management mode were selected respectively,and the statistical data of each level in the two groups were statistically verified and finally compared.Results:After different modes of nursing management,the scores of professional nursing knowledge,patient condition management and team coping ability of the two groups were compared.The observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:In the process of clinical nursing management,the application of hierarchical management model for management can effectively improve the nursing ability of medical workers and provide better services for patients,which is worthy of promotion.
