常规胃肠镜与无痛胃肠镜在消化道疾病诊治中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨常规胃肠镜和无痛胃肠镜在消化道疾病诊断中的效果。方法选取金山医院2018年10月—2019年10月收治的胃肠道疾病患者62例,按照数字表法随机分为常规组(31例)和无痛组(31例)。常规组给予常规胃肠镜检查,无痛组给予无痛胃肠镜检查,比较两组患者检查后的相关指标及患者满意度。结果无痛组患者的优良率高于常规组,术中及术后的心率、收缩压和舒张压等指标优于常规组,不良反应及咽喉反射发生率低于常规组,患者满意度高于常规组,以上各项指标比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后的血氧饱和度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与常规胃肠镜检查相比,无痛胃肠镜的检查效果、患者的满意度及适应性均较好,不良反应少,安全性较高。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy and painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the diagnosis of digestive tract diseases.METHODS 62 patients with gastrointestinal diseases admitted to target hospital from October2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into routine group(31 cases)and painless group(31 cases)according to the random number table method.The routine group patients were given routine gastrointestinal endoscopy for examination,and the painless group patients were given painless gastrointestinal endoscopy for examination.The examination-related indicators and patient satisfaction of these two groups of patients were compared.RESULTS The excellent and good rate of patients in the painless group was higher than the conventional group.The intraoperative and postoperative heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and other indicators were better than the conventional group.The incidence of adverse reactions and throat reflexes was lower than the conventional group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation between these two groups of patients after operation(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Compared with routine gastroscopy,painless gastroscopy had better examination effect,patient satisfaction and adaptability.It had fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
