丙戊酸钠缓释片联合盐酸齐拉西酮治疗双向情感障碍狂躁发作的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨丙戊酸钠缓释片联合盐酸齐拉西酮治疗双向情感障碍狂躁发作的临床疗效。方法选取东台市第三人民医院2018年3月—2019年12月收治的双向情感障碍躁狂发作患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各38例。对照组给予丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予盐酸齐拉西酮治疗。比较2组治疗前及治疗1、3、6周后躁狂评分,认知功能连线测试(TMT)评分、副反应量表(TESS)评分,并比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗前、治疗1周后2组倍克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、6周后试验组BRMS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组TMT评分、TESS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠缓释片联合盐酸齐拉西酮治疗双向情感障碍狂躁发作的临床疗效确切,躁狂症状、认知功能改善明显,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium valproate sustained release tablets combined with ziprasidone hydrochloride in the treatment of bipolar disorder manic episode.Methods A total of 76 cases of patients with manic episode of bipolar affective disorder were selected from March 2018 to December 2019 in the Third People’s Hospital of Dongtai,which were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table,38 cases in each group.The control group was given sodium valproate sustained-release tablets,and the experimental group was given ziprasidone hydrochloride based on the control group.The manic scores before and after 1,3 and 6 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.TMT scores,TESS scores and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in BRMS scores between the two groups before treatment and 1 week after treatment(P>0.05);the BRMS score of the experimental group was lower than the control group after 3 and 6 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The TMT score and TESS score of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium valproate sustained-release tablets combined with ziprasidone hydrochloride in the treatment of bipolar disorder manic episode has definite clinical efficacy,manic symptoms,cognitive function improvement,and with high safety.
