摘　　要：发展沙区生态产业是探索荒漠化地区实现高质量发展的一个新途径。沙区生态产业为生态功能递增的新型生态化产业,融合生态农业、生态工业、生态服务业等的发展,形成新产业业态、新商业模式。其精髓在于依托生态技术创新引领沙区特色产业转型升级。沙区生态产业试图解决长期困扰我国荒漠化防治可持续性难题,破解生态工程与经济效益不能兼顾的问题,强调沙区生态、环境、资源、经济、社会的可持续性发展。基于沙区生态系统内在机理和规律,文中提出"生态工程建植配置原则"等沙区生态产业应遵循的8个基本原则,构成其产业发展的科学基础。通过构建优化沙区生态产业结构与功能的研究框架,建立和总结生态产业技术推广模式与商业模式。在乌兰布和沙漠和科尔沁沙地典型区域开展试验示范,构建北方沙区生态治理、生态产业、生态富民相结合的实践方案,提出推动沙区生态产业持续发展的政策建议。The development of ecological industry in sandy areas is a new way to explore high-quality development of desert and sandy areas in China. The ecological industry in sandy areas is a new type of industry that can enhance the ecological functions. It integrates the development of ecological agriculture, ecological manufacturing, and ecological service industry to form a new industrial format and a new business model. The essence of the ecological industry is to rely on ecological technology to achieve green development of sand and grass industry. The ecological industry in sandy areas is trying to solve the problem of sustainability of desertification control in China for a long time, and to solve the problem that ecological engineering and economic benefits cannot be balanced. It emphasizes the sustainable development of the ecology, environment, resources, economy and society in sandy areas. Based on the inherent mechanism and law of the ecosystem in sandy areas, eight basic principles were proposed that the ecological industry in the sandy areas should follow, such as "Ecological Engineering Planting Configuration Principle", which are the scientific basis for industrial development. By constructing the research framework for optimizing the structure and function of the ecological industry in the sandy areas, technology promotion model and business model for promoting the ecological industry were established. The experimental demonstration was developed in typical areas of Ulanbuh Desert and Kerqin Sandy Land to establish a practical plan combining ecological governance, ecological industry, and ecological enrichment of the northern sandy areas. Some policy recommendations were put forward to promote the sustainable development of the ecological industry in sandy areas.
