摘 要:建立一套客观、科学、合理的沙区生态产业技术适用性评价指标体系,对提升沙区生态产业技术的可持续发展能力是非常必要的。文中按照系统、全面、科学和层次性的原则,从经济效益、生态效益、社会效益和技术可持续4个准则层和14个指标层角度构建评价指标体系,并应用层析分析法明确各指标权重及重要性。最后选取两家企业作为典型研究对象,验证文中按重要程度划分的适用性评价指标的科学合理性。研究结果表明:影响沙区生态产业技术适用性的关键性指标包括:盈利能力、特色资源使用、环境改善、政策支持、投资收益。重要性指标包括:投资回收期、技术成本、污染物排放达标、区域发展、技术适用性。一般性指标包括:投资环境、技术先进性、资源利用效率、带动辐射效应。Establishing an objective, scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for the suitability of eco-industrial technologies in sand areas is necessary to enhance the sustainable development of eco-industrial technologies in sand areas. In accordance with the principles of system, comprehensiveness, science and hierarchy, this article constructs an evaluation index system from the perspective of four criteria layers and 14 index layers of economic benefits, ecological benefits, social benefits, and technological sustainability, and uses chromatographic analysis to identify each indicator. weight and importance. Finally, two companies are selected as typical research objects to verify the scientific rationality of the applicability evaluation indicators divided by importance of the article. The research results show that the key indicators affecting the applicability of the ecological industry technology in the sandy area include: profitability, resource utilization, environmental improvement, policy support, and investment income. Significant indicators include: investment payback period, technology cost, compliance with pollutant discharge standards, regional development, and technology applicability. General indicators include: investment environment, technological advancement, resource utilization, and driving radiation effects.
