摘 要:充分利用现代高新技术是沙产业发展的核心与根本。文中基于内蒙古沙产业企业的实地调查数据与资料,应用客观赋权的熵值法,从经济效益、生态效益、社会效益和技术可持续性4个子系统和25个指标层面,进行沙区生态产业技术发展影响因素识别及发展水平测度。研究表明:经济效益对沙区生态产业技术发展的影响最为明显,而开发利用沙漠或沙地面积、年营业收入和技术拥有专利个数是主要影响指标。另外,当前内蒙古沙区生态产业技术发展水平差异较大。其中,从不同地区角度,鄂尔多斯市沙区生态产业技术发展的综合水平较高;而从不同业务类型角度,"加工制造类"和"种养繁育+加工制造类"沙产业技术发展水平较高。因此,推行不同地区、不同业务类型间沙产业技术的交叉融合发展,加大沙产业技术研发与应用支持,是推动沙产业健康繁荣发展的重要突破口。Making full use of modern high and new technology is the core and fundamental of the development of deserticulture. Based on the field survey data of deserticulture enterprises in Inner Mongolia, we used entropy method to identify the influencing factors and measure the development level of deserticulture technology in the sand areas from the perspective of economic benefits, ecological benefits, social benefits and technological sustainability and 25 indicators. The results show that the economic benefits have the most obvious impact on the development of deserticulture technology in the sand areas, and the main impact indicators are the area of developing desert or sand land, the annual business income and the number of technology patents. In addition, the current level of deserticulture technology development in Inner Mongolia is quite different. Among them, the technological development level of deserticulture in Erdos City is higher;"Processing and manufacturing" and "agricultural breeding + processing and manufacturing" deserticulture technology development level is higher. Therefore, it is an important breakthrough to promote the healthy and prosperous development of deserticulture to carry out the cross integration development of deserticulture technology among different regions and different business types, and to increase the support of deserticulture technology research and development and application.
